The Dominican Republic is a beautiful country with beautiful people.  There are stunning beaches all over the country.  You can travel to any part of the Country and have the sense of being in an American city or village.  We share a common heritage. The Dominican economy is not strong; as a result there are not many jobs and most that exist are extremely low paying.  The average per capita income is less than $600 per month,  Yet, as I travelled around the Dominican Republic I encountered a people that enjoy life to the fullest and who cherish every opportunity to have a good time.  I also found many talented Dominicans, and it occurred to me that bringing their art work to the US represented a way to create economic opportunity for the Dominicans while, at the same time, creating an opportunity for Americans to beautify their homes and work environment at a very reasonable cost.  In other words, we benefit by helping others.   It also creates an opportunity to strengthen the bond between Dominicans and Americans, especially.  The art work is high quality and inexpensive.  All paintings are priced between $500 and $750.  These are collector quality, original works, by professional artists whose names and reputation will grow over time, increasing the value of your investment.  Payment is through check, paypal or credit card.  Please have a look through our gallery and select something you like.  Create beautiful surroundings and an economic opportunity for our brothers and sisters at the same time. We look to hear from you soon.
